New repeater GB3WW in South Wales

A new repeater GB3WW was commissioned on 16th May in South Wales. Importantly it will cover a large area of South Wales, but also North Somerset, North Devon, and North Cornwall and further afield. It is located north west of Port Talbot on the Foel Fynyddau mountain at 1230 ft asl. It uses an ex Home Office communications site with a very substantial clear take off over the Bristol Channel. Mobile reports would be advantageous. Please contact Gary GW2ABJ gary.edwards5@ntl.world.com with any comments or reports users have to make.
